Quarterly Board meetings are held the second Thursday of January, April, and July at 6:00 pm, in-person and also via Zoom. The Annual General Membership meetings are held the third Saturday of October at 4:00 pm, typically at the Cooper Center and via Zoom.

The agenda for the next meeting will be posted on this page, at least 14 days prior to the meeting date. Any property owner, with assessments current, who would like to add agenda items for discussion, please email the Board Secretary.

The quarterly meeting agendas, information, and minutes are posted reverse chronologically – newest at the top of the page. The DRAFT minutes will be posted until they have been approved at the next Board or General Meeting, after which the approved minutes will be posted.
